Operations Executive – Data Entry & Document Digitalization

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to handle data entry and document digitalization activities. The candidate will be responsible for converting physical documents into digital formats, accurately entering and verifying information, organizing digital files, and completing assigned operational tasks within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Scan and digitize physical documents into digital formats.
Enter information accurately into company systems and databases.
Verify data and digital documents for accuracy and completeness.
Organize, rename, and maintain digital files according to company guidelines.
Perform document indexing, classification, and data tagging as required.
Review scanned documents for clarity and completeness.
Identify missing, duplicate, or incorrect information and report discrepancies.
Maintain proper digital records and file structures.
Prepare basic reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Follow data security and confidentiality procedures.




Complete assigned document processing and data entry tasks within deadlines.
Support day-to-day BPO and back-office operational activities.

Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge.
Any degree
Valuable typing speed and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to handle large volumes of documents and data accurately.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Freshers can apply; experience in data entry, document processing, BPO, or back-office operations is an advantage.
