Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures of open positions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and candidate discussions.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage the complete joining and onboarding process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.




Coordinate with different departments to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Prepare recruitment reports and MIS.
Handle other recruitment-related activities assigned by management.

Requirements
Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
