nKey Responsibilities :

Produce photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for commercial office and workspace projects.
n
Work with the design team to interpret layouts, mood boards, and material palettes accurately.
n
Develop realistic lighting schemes that reflect workplace environments.
n
Create furniture and joinery details in 3D as required by the design brief.
n
Refine renders through post-production to achieve a polished, presentation-ready finish.
n
Maintain an organised library of 3D assets, materials, and textures.
n
Translate design briefs into compelling visual narratives.
n
Deliver high-quality visualisations within project deadlines.
n

nRequired Skills & Competencies:

n

n
Robust understanding of spatial composition, lighting, and material behaviour.
n
Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Enscape, or Lumion.
n
Photoshop is mandatory.
n




Strong post-production and image refinement skills.
n
Ability to interpret design briefs and translate concepts into realistic visualisations.
n
Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
n
Solid portfolio showcasing commercial interiors or workplace interior renders.
n

nQualifications & Experience:

n

n
2–3 years of experience in 3D visualisation, preferably within commercial interiors or office/workspace projects.
n
Degree or Diploma in 3D Visualisation, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
n

nGood to have:

n

n
Experience in animation or motion graphics.
n
Knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro.
n
Experience creating 3D walkthroughs and presentations.
n
