Winner Screen Machines has been building printing machines in Navi Mumbai since 1980. We also supply the consumables that run on them and we're the India partner for Printcolor (Switzerland) inks and Murakami (Japan) emulsions, two of the most respected names in the business.

We're expanding our consumables team and looking for 2 people to grow this business with us.

You don't need to already know pad printing. If you have 13 years of field sales experience and you enjoy technical products, we will train you on the product from scratch — plates, silicone rollers, inks, emulsions, doctoring blades, UV lamps, squeegees.

What you'll do
Call/Visit printers, converters and dealers across India to sell consumables and run live product trials
Handle incoming enquiries (IndiaMart, email, phone) and convert them




Prepare quotations and follow up to close
Service existing dealers — understand their stock, generate repeat orders
Coordinate export orders with overseas customers by email and phone (no international travel)

Travel: roughly 5–7 days a month across India. Rest of the time you're at our Rabale office (10 minutes from Rabale/Ghansoli station). All travel and stay paid by the company.
