Estimation Engineer — Construction & InfrastructureKey knowledge
BOQ & quantity take-off from architectural/structural drawings
Rate analysis for civil works, RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, roads, etc.
Tender estimation and preparation of bids
Knowledge of SOR/DSR, market rates and vendor quotations
Material, labour and machinery costing
Preparing comparative statements and subcontractor/vendor analysis
Understanding contracts, specifications and tender conditions
Variation / extra-item / deviation calculations
Basic knowledge of GST, taxes, overheads and profit margins
Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, formulas
AutoCAD for reading and measuring drawings
Experience with MS Project/Primavera is practical
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
