Basically we are looking for A Business Development Executive (BDE) drives company growth by finding new markets, building client relationships, and increasing revenue.Core Roles and Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients, partners, or current market segments through cold outreach, networking events, and digital channels.

Client Acquisition: Contact prospective clients to pitch company products or services, understand their specific needs, and present customized solutions.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with recent and existing clients to encourage repeat business and account expansion.

Proposals and Negotiations: Create detailed business proposals, presentations, and contracts while negotiating terms that benefit both the client and the company.

Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to spot recent growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Teamwork: Coordinate with the sales,



marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure client needs are met.

Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), maintain records in CRM software, and report progress to senior management.

Essential Skills Needed

Strong verbal and written communication skills for pitching and negotiating.

Solid understanding of sales techniques and objection handling.

Analytical thinking to interpret market data and trends.

Technical literacy with CRM tools and office software

Qualification: MBA / BBA
