Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, conducting site visits, understanding customer requirements, and converting prospects into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, CRM, and other sources.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and available inventory to customers.
Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Build strong relationships with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
Negotiate and handle customer queries effectively.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, visits, and conversions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the presales, marketing,



and documentation teams for smooth closure.
Ensure proper follow-up after site visits until booking closure.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Comfortable with calling, customer follow-ups, and site visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an advantage.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
