Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting within the IT industry or a related field, with a robust understanding of bookkeeping and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely entry of financial data (journal entries, invoices, receipts, etc.).
Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and client invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports as required.
Monitor bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial clarity on project costs,



billing, and collections.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter preferred).
1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an IT or tech-based company.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally,)
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with invoicing and client billing in software/IT projects.
Knowledge of export documentation and SEZ/STPI compliance (if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
