Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control the BMS to ensure efficient operation of building systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC, lighting, and other building management systems.
Perform routine system checks and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Respond to emergency alarms and provide support during system malfunctions.
Maintain accurate logs of system performance and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to address system faults or upgrades.

Requirements:
Proven experience in BMS operation or related field.
Strong knowledge of building automation systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Technical certification or degree in a relevant field (preferred).

Experience Range:

3 - 6 years

Educational Qualifications:

-Diploma in Electronics/Telecommnunication , -Diploma in Electrical , -B.Tech/B.E in Instrumentation
