Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through voice and blended channels.
Resolve technical and customer-related queries effectively.
Handle billing and retention-related concerns.
Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Eligibility
Graduate candidates only.
Minimum 1 year of professional work experience in international Technical Support/Customer Service/Sales.
Valid employment and experience verification documents are mandatory.
Sales or BPO experience will be preferred.
Excellent English communication skills.
Positive technical aptitude and customer-handling skills.
Schedule & Advantages
5 days working.
2 rotational week-offs.
Majorly night shifts with rotational timings.
10 hours shift including 1-hour break.
Cab facility for eligible night shifts.
No leave during the first 3 months, except weekly offs.
