Job Summary

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Executive with apparel industry experience to handle daily warehouse activities, stock movement, team coordination and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily warehouse operations from inward to dispatch.
Check incoming garments for style, size, colour and quantity.
Manage stock arrangement and proper bin/location allocation.
Coordinate picking, packing, scanning and dispatch activities.
Monitor daily stock movement and update ERP/system records.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and assign daily activities.
Ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.
Identify stock mismatches and immediately report/resolve discrepancies.




Coordinate with Sales, Production and other departments.
Prepare daily stock and operational reports.
Maintain warehouse discipline and housekeeping.
Take independent decisions during operational issues.
Handle pressure during high-volume dispatches and urgent requirements.

Required Skills
Apparel/garment warehouse experience is mandatory/preferred.
Good knowledge of garment SKUs, sizes, colours and styles.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
Positive Excel and ERP knowledge.
Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Valuable communication and team coordination.
Ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
