Job Summary – Service Engineer | CNC Floor Boring Machine

Responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of CNC Floor Boring Machines. The role involves diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and CNC-related issues, carrying out machine repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensuring minimum machine downtime at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Installation and commissioning of CNC Floor Boring Machines.
Service and troubleshooting of CNC, PLC, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems.
Troubleshooting of spindle, boring head, rotary table, feed systems, ATC and machine axes.
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
Machine alignment, calibration and accuracy checking.
Servo motor, drive, encoder and sensor troubleshooting.
Coordinate with customers for machine breakdown and technical support.
Prepare service reports and maintain records of machine issues and rectification.
Travel to customer sites for installation, servicing and breakdown support.
Support machine trials and production after commissioning.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
