We are hiring an Accountant for our Delhi Head Office for EPC / Power Transmission (Monopole) projects.

Location: Samalkha, New Delhi (Head Office)

Role Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for handling complete accounting operations related to EPC projects, including billing, payment tracking, and financial coordination with sites and departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment)
Handle project-wise billing, invoicing, and documentation
Track receivables and follow up with clients for payments
Manage vendor payments and maintain payable records
Maintain proper financial records for multiple project sites
Coordinate with site teams for billing data and expense tracking
Support GST data preparation and ensure proper documentation
Maintain bank records and assist in reconciliation
Work closely with management for financial reporting and control

Project-Specific Responsibilities: - Track project-wise cash flow and billing status




Maintain records of submitted bills and pending approvals
Support documentation required for client billing and approvals
Ensure proper coordination between accounts, site, and approvals team

Requirements: - 3 - 5 years experience in EPC / Construction / Infrastructure industry
Solid hands-on experience in Tally
Basic understanding of GST and billing processes
Good knowledge of Excel for tracking and reporting
Experience in handling project-based accounting preferred
Robust follow-up and coordination skills
Discipline and accuracy in work

Preferred: - Experience in power transmission / infrastructure projects
Understanding of billing cycles and approval-linked payments

Salary: Best as per experience (40,000 50,000 range)
