CIVIL ENGINEER

Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in civil construction, estimation, tendering, and vendor coordination
Experience in obtaining and comparing vendor quotations and preparing comparative statements.
Knowledge of tender preparation and tender documentation.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD.
Good knowledge of civil construction materials and market rates.
Supervise and monitor civil construction activities at project sites.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off, estimates, and rate analysis.
Handle tender preparation, submission, and tender document review.
Obtain quotations from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Compare vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
Negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Coordinate with vendors for material quotations,



technical clarifications, and timely delivery.
Check market rates and maintain updated material/vendor rates.
Verify site measurements and contractor bills.
Coordinate with procurement, project, and management teams.
Maintain tender, quotation, and project documentation.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

Required Skills
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience in Civil Construction, Estimation & Tendering.
Valuable knowledge of BOQ, Rate Analysis and Vendor Quotations.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
