Requirements
2+ years of experience in boutique, fashion retail, apparel, jewellery, lifestyle, or premium retail.
Previous experience managing a retail store or boutique is preferred.
Robust sales and team-management experience.
Excellent customer-handling and communication skills.
Robust leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Target-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
Good knowledge of fashion, fabrics, styling, and customer preferences would be an advantage.
Good knowledge of billing/POS systems and basic MS Office.
Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
Ability to manage a team and work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
Pay: ₹12,123.98 - ₹20,076.04 per month
