Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, invoicing, reconciliations, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of accounting principles and be comfortable working with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Perform bank and cash reconciliation on a regular basis.
Prepare and maintain ledgers and supporting documents.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Prepare basic financial reports and account statements.
Track customer payments, outstanding amounts, and vendor payments.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, and internal teams when required.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Assist the senior management/accounts team with financial data and reports.




Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting.
Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Good knowledge of bookkeeping and reconciliation.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure accounting will be an advantage.
Knowledge of accounting/ERP software.
Experience handling GST returns, TDS, and statutory documentation.
