Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Pharmacy Sales Executive to join our team at Relief Medicals. The role involves assisting customers, handling pharmacy sales, supporting product selection, maintaining stock, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers and understand their requirements.
Handle sales of medicines, OTC products, healthcare products, personal care products, and other pharmacy items.
Assist customers in locating products and provide basic product information.
Process billing and payments accurately.
Handle prescriptions and coordinate with the Pharmacist when required.
Maintain proper display and arrangement of products.
Check stock availability, batch details, and expiry dates.
Support stock counting and inventory management.
Inform the concerned team about low-stock and fast-moving products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy sales area.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.




Follow company policies and pharmacy regulations.
Achieve assigned sales and customer-service targets.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / equivalent.
Previous experience in pharmacy, retail, or healthcare sales is preferred.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a team.
Valuable product-learning ability.
Experience with pharmacy billing software is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
