Job Description for Career Counselor

Location: Mokila, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities
Provide career and academic counseling to students based on their interests, abilities, and goals.
Guide students regarding higher education options, courses, universities, and career pathways in India and abroad.
Conduct individual counseling sessions, career assessments, and guidance sessions.
Support students in subject and stream selection and future academic planning.
Organize career guidance sessions, workshops, university interactions, and orientation programs.
Maintain student counseling records and follow up on their progress.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers,



and school leadership.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.
Relevant experience in career counseling, student counseling, or school counseling.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of higher education and career pathways.
Ability to work effectively with students of different age groups.
Experience in a school setting will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
