Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to support our accounting team in day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, positive numerical skills, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, payment requests, and other accounting documents.
Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile company accounts on a regular basis.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
Assist the accounting team with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice, payment, and account-related queries.
Record and maintain general ledger entries accurately and ensure proper documentation and filing.




Assist with routine accounting and administrative activities as required by the department.
Ensure all accounting activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, accounting standards, and procedures.
Support the team in maintaining proper documentation for audit and compliance requirements.

Journal Entries
Invoice Processing
Knowledge of GST and TDS
Proficiency in MS Excel
Knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime or other accounting software
Positive attention to detail and accuracy
Positive communication and organizational skills

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Freshers or candidates with relevant experience in accounting may apply.
