We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in financial accounting, GST &
TDS, reconciliations, AP/AR, budgeting, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, journal entries, provisions, accruals, and reconciliations.
Monitor revenue, expenses, margins, provisions, and accounting adjustments.
Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Support monthly and annual book closure and financial reporting.
Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, reconciliations, and financial data.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.




Coordinate with internal/external auditors and provide required financial information.
Ensure accuracy of accounting records and adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

Candidate Profile:
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Finance &
Accounts.
MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification.
Experience in the Food &
Beverages/FMCG industry

will be preferred.
Robust attention to detail with the ability to independently manage accounting activities.
