Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting and financial transactions .

Handle Tally

Prime/ERP and maintain accurate books of accounts. Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices . Manage GST-related entries, returns and reconciliation . Handle TDS calculations, deductions and related compliance .

Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records. Maintain accounts payable and receivable . Track vendor/customer outstanding payments and follow up when required. Prepare monthly reports, ledgers and financial statements .

Maintain proper records of expenses,



bills, receipts and supporting documents. Coordinate with vendors, dealers and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters. Assist management with MIS reports and financial data .

Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting and statutory requirements.

Required

SkillsGood knowledge of Tally Prime, GST and TDS . Valuable command of MS Excel . Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation . Robust numerical and analytical skills. Good documentation and record-keeping skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience in automobile/EV/manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

Preferred

Candidate B.Com/M.Com or relevant qualification. 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience. Candidates with experience in GST, TDS, Tally and Excel preferred. Immediate joiners preferred.
