Enter daily financial transactions, cash logs, and receipts into accounting platforms accurately. Process vendor invoices, track customer payments, manage sales/purchase ledgers, and follow up on overdues. Organize employee expense claims, manage petty cash, and prepare basic data for payroll processing.
Help senior accountants compile financial data for profit-and-loss sheets, balance sheets, and tax filings or audits. Tally entry must know. Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets) and accounting tools like QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems.
GST Billing , GST filing etc
Education: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, or finance, alongside basic bookkeeping experience.
