Location:Remote / Field-based (India)

Work Mode:Hybrid Field Service

On-Field: Frequent nationwide travel across India for customer installations, calibration, and in office troubleshooting.

Off-Field / Standby: Work From Home (WFH) when there are no active field tasks or maintenance orders.

Key Responsibilities

Based in India, responsible for on-site equipment installation, commissioning, and operation training at customer sites.

Perform annual calibration, on-site troubleshooting, and hardware replacement to ensure equipment reliability.

Provide remote technical support and guidance to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Assist with internal equipment assembly, debugging, testing, and technical documentation.

Participate in basic commissioning and maintenance of temperature chambers and refrigeration systems.

Qualifications

Fluent in English as a working language; fluent in Hindi to communicate effectively with local customers and operators.

Degree or background in mechanical & electrical engineering, automation,



refrigeration, or related fields preferred.

Prior experience in equipment installation, commissioning, or maintenance is a plus.

Strong practical skills, proactive problem-solving mindset, and excellent interpersonal communication.

Ability to work in a hybrid model combining field visits and home-based tasks.

Willingness to Travel: High travel mobility required (up to 50%–70% nationwide travel across India at short notice).

Self-Motivation & Independence: Ability to work independently from home without direct daily supervision and manage scheduling efficiently.

Home Office Setup: Must have a stable home internet connection and a suitable working workplace for remote technical support and documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
