Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, sales and purchase entries, collections, payments, bank transactions, stock-related accounts and financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Daily sales, purchase, receipt and payment entries
Maintain cash book and bank transactions
Record customer credit and collection details
Verify sales bills, purchase bills and expenses
Maintain supplier and customer ledgers
Monitor outstanding payments and receivables
Reconcile cash, bank and customer accounts
Coordinate with sales and delivery teams for daily transactions
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts and expenses
Assist in monthly financial reports and account closing
Support GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company financial information





Required Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally is preferred
Basic understanding of GST and general accounting principles
Good communication and coordination skills
Solid attention to detail

Preferred Candidate
FMCG / Trading / Distribution company experience preferred
Experience handling customer collections and outstanding accounts will be an advantage
Ability to work independently and maintain daily accounting discipline

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
