Role Overview

Manage accounts, billing, material procurement, and compliance across multiple interior design & construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts (Tally/Zoho Books/indiafilings ledger/excel )
Track project-wise costs against BOQs/quotations
Handle material procurement — raise POs, source quotes from vendors (plywood, laminate, hardware, electrical, etc.), and negotiate pricing
Coordinate with vendors on delivery timelines and stock availability
Process vendor invoices and payments; reconcile against POs and delivery
Raise client invoices as per payment milestones; follow up on receivables
File GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B) and handle TDS




Prepare monthly P&L; and project profitability reports
Process staff salaries and reimbursements

Requirements
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent
1–2 years accounting experience (interior/construction preferred)
Knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS
Robust Excel skills
Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and vendor coordination

Valuable to Have
Experience with BOQ-based billing and material procurement
Familiarity with interior/construction industry vendors/suppliers

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
