Duties and responsibilities
Site Planning & Coordination
Assist in finalizing project execution strategies with senior management.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, and vendors for seamless execution.
Prepare and review project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
Site Execution & Supervision
Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Monitor execution as per approved GFC (Positive for Construction) drawings and technical specifications.
Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour workforce.
Quality Control & Safety
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety norms.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams for material and work quality checks.
Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks.
Vendor & Contractor Site Management




Monitor performance and ensure timely delivery of work/materials.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain periodic progress reports and MIS updates.
Ensure timely documentation for statutory approvals and audits.
Escalate risks and deviations to senior management proactively.
Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments such as Design, MEP, Procurement, etc.
Interact with clients or CRM teams for project updates and handover coordination post completion.

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
