Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings to meet enrollment targets.
Application Processing: Review application forms, verify documents, and assist with submission timelines.
Outreach Activities: Participate in campus tours, education fairs, and school promotion activities.
Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date admission logs and share regular status reports with management.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Explicit verbal and written command of English, plus regional languages where applicable.
Interpersonal Abilities: Empathetic, customer-focused approach to build trust with families.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and lead management dashboards.
Education: A bachelor's degree in any discipline (psychology, business, or education preferred).
