We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and day-to-day finance activities. The role requires solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial controls, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the Accounts & Finance Department.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank transactions.
Manage bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and periodic closing activities.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI and other applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
Review invoices, purchase entries, payment requests, receipts, and supporting documents.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-up.
Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries,



and management reports.
Assist management in budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and variance analysis.
Establish and maintain proper internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.
Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of the accounts team.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
Coordinate with other departments regarding billing, purchases, payroll, expenses, and financial matters.
Support the management during audits, financial reviews, and statutory inspections.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.
Hindi is Mandatory
5–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
