Job Summary:

We are looking for a performance-driven Ads Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. The candidate will be responsible for improving campaign performance, generating quality leads, and achieving marketing objectives within the allocated budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
Create and optimize campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets, and bidding strategies.
Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and other key metrics.
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives, videos, and copy.
Track leads and conversions and identify prospects for improvement.




Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with management.
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
Manage daily/weekly/monthly advertising budgets effectively.
Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:
2–5 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising/performance marketing.
Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns will be an advantage.
Good understanding of Google Analytics, Pixel/Conversion API, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work with targets and manage advertising budgets.
