Industrial Reinvention Deployed Engineer (RDE) – Consultant Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon / Mumbai / Pune / Hyderabad(Hybrid) Role Overview A hands-on technology consultant who works directly with client business and operations teams to identify industrial challenges, translate them into technology solutions, and rapidly build and deploy AI-enabled applications.

The role combines solid AI/software engineering skills with industrial domain knowledge across manufacturing, maintenance, field service, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client business and operational challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Design, prototype, build, and deploy AI and Agentic AI solutions within industrial workflows.
Develop solutions using Python, RAG, LangGraph, CrewAI, Azure OpenAI, APIs, and cloud technologies.
Build data pipelines and integrations connecting AI solutions with enterprise and industrial systems.
Integrate with platforms such as MES, SCADA, IoT,



Historians, SAP PM, and Maximo.
Work with business users and engineering teams to validate solutions and drive measurable operational impact.

Solid hands-on AI and software engineering capabilities with the ability to independently build working solutions.
Ability to understand ambiguous business problems and convert them into practical, technology-led solutions.
Experience in rapid prototyping, solution architecture, integration, and production deployment.
Robust problem-solving mindset with the ability to connect business processes, data, technology, and value.
Comfortable working directly with client stakeholders, plant/operations teams, architects, and engineers.
Exposure to manufacturing or other asset-intensive industrial environments.
