Applied AI Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer to build and improve AI systems, LLM applications, and agent-based workflows for our products.

Responsibilities
Build AI models, LLM applications, and agent-based systems.
Develop RAG, retrieval, orchestration, and evaluation pipelines.
Build AI APIs, services, and lightweight applications.
Work with product, backend, frontend, and security teams.
Test, evaluate, and improve AI model performance.
Research and experiment with new AI tools and frameworks.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
Robust Python skills.
Good understanding of ML, LLMs, and transformer architectures.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents.
Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.




Experience with LangChain or similar AI frameworks.
Knowledge of RAG and vector databases.
Familiarity with LLMOps, evaluation, and monitoring.
Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Antigravity, or GitHub Copilot.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have
OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, or Ollama.
LangGraph or agent orchestration frameworks.
Pinecone or similar vector databases.
React or Next.js.
Multimodal AI / VLM experience.
Open-source or research experience.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
