Key Responsibilities
Team Management: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of 4 to 5 Medical Representatives through joint field visits and performance reviews.
Target Achievement: Drive revenue growth and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual regional targets.
Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Relations: Build and maintain solid networks with high-potential doctors, key specialists, and hospital purchase managers.
Channel Coordination: Manage relationships with stockists, distributors, and CFAs (Carrying and Forwarding Agents) to ensure smooth product availability and stock liquidation.
Sales Analytics: Monitor daily call averages, call coverage, and market trends to identify underperforming areas and implement corrective actions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven pharma sales experience, including time as a Medical Representative or Assistant Sales Manager.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc), Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or Business Administration.
Core Skills: Solid leadership, communication, product knowledge, and data analysis abilities.
Mobility: Valid driving license and a two-wheeler for regular fieldwork.
