Our client is a leading provider of smart, safe, and effective scaffolding solutions in India. The company is headquartered in Noida and has 22+ self-managed branches hiring equipment to some of India's largest construction companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry all belt AM responsibilities for a compact belt — 15–20 field visits per week, new site openings, and collection follow-through
Manage a capped KA book of 4–5 named accounts with sites concentrated near the belt
Maintain the protected activity floor: minimum 10 new-site/prospect visits per week regardless of KA workload
Two consecutive misses on the activity floor move the KA book to the pure KAM
Hand over or step up when the regional split trigger fires — regional KA book > ₹4–5 crore annualised or 8+ active named accounts
Report a two-line scorecard weekly to RSD: belt revenue and KA revenue,



each with its own target

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Belt revenue vs. target and KA revenue vs. target (separate lines)
Weekly activity floor compliance: minimum 10 recent-site/prospect visits
Collections on both belt and KA lines
New sites opened per month

Qualifications & Skills:
4–7 years B2B field sales with demonstrated ability to run both hunting activity and commercial account management simultaneously
The strongest internal Area Managers are natural candidates for these seats
Hunter temperament, site fluency, and basic commercial negotiation skills required

Pre-Hiring Essentials: Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for regular site travel; fuel expenses will be reimbursed as per industry-standard norms, processed in a timely manner

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
