AI Tech Lead

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Experience: 10+ Years

Contract: 6 Months, Extendable

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM IST

Role: Individual Contributor | US Geo Support

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

● Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI

● Hands-on experience developing AI agents using LangGraph, AutoGen, and/or CrewAI

● Strong development experience in Python

● Strong expertise in LLM / AI application architecture and solution design

● Experience deploying AI applications on AWS / Azure / GCP

● Robust experience with Docker and Kubernetes

● Experience with CI/CD using Jenkins / GitLab

● Experience with Terraform / CloudFormation

● Strong knowledge of Machine Learning / Deep Learning using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras

● Solid understanding of NLP and Transformers

● Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and Microservices

● Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

● Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ,



or other event-driven architectures

● Robust understanding of MLOps / LLMOps and large-scale AI deployment

GOOD TO HAVE

● Experience with Hugging Face Transformers

● Experience with OpenAI API

● Experience with LLM/SLM fine-tuning, including GPT, LLaMA, PaLM, etc.

● Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK

● Experience defining AI reference architectures and roadmaps

● Technical leadership and mentoring experience

KEY REQUIREMENT

● Please do not share generic AI/ML profiles

● Candidates must have hands-on Agentic AI experience using LangGraph, AutoGen and/or CrewAI

● Robust Python, cloud, Docker/Kubernetes, and AI solution architecture experience is required

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
