AR Analyst – US Medical Billing ProcessJob Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical AR Analyst to join our US Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing accounts, analyzing outstanding receivables, processing invoices, and supporting timely resolution of accounts in accordance with client requirements, SLAs, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze patient/account statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements.
Identify and analyze outstanding accounts and prepare daily worklists for collection activities.
Monitor accounts receivable and identify discrepancies, exceptions, and pending items for appropriate action.
Ensure all assigned activities are completed within defined SLA, productivity, and quality standards.
Adhere to process guidelines,



data security standards, and client-specific requirements.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in US Medical Billing / Accounts Receivable (AR) / RCM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Valuable typing skills with a robust focus on accuracy.
