We are looking for an experienced AR Caller with strong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to handle insurance claims follow-up, denials, and outstanding accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid, denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
Handle AR calling and denial management through payer calls and online portals.
Identify denial reasons and take appropriate action for resubmission, correction, or appeal.
Investigate claim status, payment issues, eligibility, and reimbursement discrepancies.
Coordinate with billing, coding, and payment posting teams to resolve claim issues.
Maintain accurate account notes and follow-up actions in the system.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.
Work on aging AR and prioritize accounts based on payer, balance, and aging.




Follow HIPAA and client-specific compliance requirements.

Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM / AR Calling.
Strong knowledge of US medical billing, insurance claims, and denial management.
Experience handling payer calls and insurance portals.
Valuable understanding of claim lifecycle and AR follow-up.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet productivity & quality targets.
Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
