Job Summary

Electronica Finance Limited is seeking a agile and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) for its Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) business in Pune. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing quality LAP business, managing channel partners, driving sales targets, and ensuring portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned business targets for Prime LAP products.
Source customers through Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), connectors, builders, and other channel partners.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with channel partners to generate a consistent business pipeline.
Conduct customer meetings, explain product offerings, and assist in loan structuring.
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.




Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies and compliance norms.
Monitor portfolio performance and support collections when required.
Prepare sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration in the Pune region.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
4 to 8 years of experience in Prime LAP / Mortgage Loans sales.
Robust network of DSAs, connectors, and channel partners in Pune and surrounding markets.
Good understanding of mortgage underwriting processes and secured lending products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
