We are looking for a hands-on AIOps Engineer who can build and engineer AIOps capabilities around enterprise observability, telemetry, intelligent event correlation, anomaly detection, proactive monitoring, and automated remediation.

Key Responsibilities
Ingest and normalize metrics, logs, traces, events, topology and digital-experience signals.
Develop anomaly detection, forecasting, event correlation and service-health scoring use cases.
Implement alert enrichment, deduplication, suppression and intelligent routing.
Integrate monitoring and event-management platforms with ITSM systems.
Build automated remediation and orchestration workflows with approvals, audit trails and rollback controls.
Evaluate false-positive rates, detection accuracy,



automation success and operational impact.
Work closely with SRE, platform, service-management and engineering teams.
