About the Department

Agency Operations as a Function accommodates all the activities right from onboarding individual/corporate agents till the termination of their services. There are various other service requests such as reallocation, profile alteration etc. after onboarding which are also taken care by the department. Vendor Management is also an key aspect to run the daily operations smoothly.

What are we looking for?

A potential candidate who has to manage intermediaries onboarding process right from scrutiny till code generation. It also involves lot of co-ordination with stakeholders and timely follow-ups. Along with managing the operations, the individual will have to contribute on making the processes faster and efficient, as well as contribute to collaborate on projects with other team members.

What does the job entail?

The Duties & Responsibilities are outlined below:

1.Intermediary onboarding & Renewal process to be executed within the defined TAT

2.Intermediaries empanelment with scrutiny of the documents maintaining 100% accuracy as per compliance checklist





3.Stakeholder co-ordination involves timely follow-up via emails/calls

3.Maintain Accuracy in all Report with Proper QC & Reconciliation

4.Reallocation Process to be executed seamlessly without lapse

5.Support in improvement of existing Process

6.Handling queries & complaint from field/other departments related to service requests

7.Routine/periodic MIS reports in presentable format (daily, weekly, monthly etc.)

8.Adhering to audit & regulatory requirements

9.Taking initiatives regularly in improving processes & systems

10.Good in email drafting and communication skills

Essential conditions:
Education:
Graduation in any field
Knowledge of MS-Office
Insurance Certification is an advantage
Work exp: 2+ years
Work related skills:
Should possess positive communication skills and interpersonal skills

Vendor/Partner management
Positive Analytical and process Management skills
Cross-Functional Team Working Skills
Proficiency in English
Efficient in handling MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word),
