Role Overview

Eduexpose is looking for an experienced Associate Manager – Sales to lead our sales team, improve conversions and take ownership of overall sales performance.

We are looking for someone who can bring structure, accountability and consistent output from the team—not just manage day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the inside sales team
Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly targets
Track calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions and revenue
Conduct daily performance reviews with the team
Coach executives on pitching, objection handling and closing
Improve lead-to-conversion ratios and sales productivity
Identify underperformance and implement corrective actions
Ensure proper CRM and follow-up discipline
Build sales processes and reporting systems
Take ownership of monthly team revenue targets




Report sales performance and forecasts directly to management

What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in B2C / Inside Sales / Business Development
Minimum 1 year of team-handling experience
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Robust telesales, negotiation and closing skills
Experience managing sales KPIs and team performance
Ability to coach and drive underperforming team members
Robust communication and leadership skills
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven setting
Preferred: Candidates with experience in EdTech, Education, Training or other high-volume B2C sales environments.
