Role & responsibilities
Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of cement plant mechanical equipment.
Inspect, align, lubricate, and replace mechanical components as required.
Attend equipment breakdowns and support troubleshooting and rectification.
Assist in planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with Production and other maintenance teams for maintenance activities.
Support shutdown planning and execution.
Ensure availability of required tools, spares, and manpower for maintenance jobs.
Follow plant safety rules, SOPs, PPE, LOTO procedures, and EHS guidelines.
Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown records, job cards, and maintenance MIS.
Supervise technicians, fitters, and contractors and coordinate with Electrical, Instrumentation, Production, and Stores teams.
