Role Overview We are seeking a Architect with extensive experience in commercial projects to lead architectural planning, design execution, and coordination with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring strategic design thinking, solid technical acumen, and a leadership mindset to oversee complex projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design and planning for commercial projects and corporate interior projects.
Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent and execution quality.
Review and approve detailed working drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications.
Conduct regular site visits and provide architectural guidance to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Oversee compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Lead client presentations and participate in business development meetings as needed.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers for effective design integration and resource planning.
