Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Tool Room activities
Handle mold maintenance, repair, modification and troubleshooting
Coordinate recent mold development and mold trials
Monitor CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, VMC and conventional machining activities
Ensure timely completion of tooling jobs with required quality
Coordinate with Production, Quality & Engineering teams
Maintain tool room records, maintenance schedules and job status
Lead and guide tool room technicians/operators
Requirements
Diploma/B.Tech/BE in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Production Engineering
Solid knowledge of plastic injection molds and tooling
Good understanding of mold maintenance and troubleshooting
Valuable team-handling and problem-solving skills
