Position: Assistant Project Manager – Interior Sites (Residential)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:-
Manage and execute residential interior projects from start to handover.
Coordinate with clients, carpenters, installers, vendors, and internal teams.
Conduct site measurements and verify site conditions.
Review and understand drawings, BOQ, and project requirements.
Coordinate material dispatch, delivery, and installation activities.
Plan and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with Project Managers and update them on project progress.
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams.
Maintain valuable client relationships and handle site-related queries professionally.
Monitor workmanship, material usage, safety, and overall site discipline.
Support payment collection and other project-related follow-ups when required.
Coordinate for project completion,



snag rectification, and final handover.
Encourage clients to provide Google/Facebook reviews after successful project completion.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
Valuable knowledge of interior site execution and installation processes.
Ability to read and understand interior drawings and BOQs.
Good communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
