Role Description

This is a full time in office role for an Assistant Retail Manager, located in Bengaluru.

The Assistant Retail

Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include managing sales, organizing merchandise displays, assisting in inventory control,



and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets. The role also involves supporting team management efforts and creating a positive, welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications
Solid Communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction experience to deliver a top-notch in-store experience
Experience in Team Management to support and lead team dynamics
Strong Sales abilities with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals
Solid organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Must know how to use a laptop.
