Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our Goan Seafood Restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong restaurant service experience and a valuable understanding of Goan cuisine, fish, and seafood operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
Supervise service staff and ensure smooth and effective guest service.
Maintain service standards, discipline, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.
Ensure staff are properly briefed on daily operations, menu, and special requirements.
Maintain good knowledge of Goan seafood, fish varieties, and traditional Goan preparations.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food service.
Monitor table arrangements, service stations, and restaurant readiness.
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Support inventory control and minimize wastage.




Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and restaurant SOPs.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in restaurant operations/service.
Experience in a Goan seafood or fish restaurant will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Goan cuisine and seafood is essential.
Strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
Ability to manage a team and handle busy restaurant operations.
Good understanding of restaurant service standards and hygiene practices.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
