Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage sales operations and drive business growth across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
Drive primary and secondary sales.
Manage distributors, retailers and channel partners.
Expand market coverage and distribution network.
Develop territory sales strategies and achieve business targets.
Monitor stock, sales performance and market coverage.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new business prospects.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare sales reports and performance updates.
Coach and motivate the sales team.
