Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Jr. Architect for MDS Konzepts to plan, design, and oversee the construction of various building projects. The Architect will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, sustainable, and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs and concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address challenges.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers for seamless execution.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Estimate project costs and materials and assist in budget planning.
Present designs to clients and make necessary modifications based on feedback.
Research and implement sustainable design solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications:




Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture/ Diploma in Architecture
Licensed Architect (preferred or as per local requirements).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
Robust knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction techniques.
Excellent visualization, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology.
