Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships to maintain long-term associations with NGOs and volunteers
Onboard NGOs according to ConnectFor's internal due diligence process
Coordinate with NGOs to secure volunteering opportunities and projects
Fulfill volunteer requirements from non-profits and match volunteers to suitable prospects
Maintain and build strategic collaborations with NGOs, volunteer groups, colleges, clubs, etc., for volunteering engagements
Ideate and execute different volunteer projects with various NGOs or groups
Research and outreach to universities, Rotaracts, and other volunteer groups
Ideate and innovate NGO-to-NGO collaborations
Assist in planning and conducting volunteering events (on-ground and virtual)




Assist the operations team with other ad-hoc requirements

About Company: ConnectFor is looking to hire an associate to manage relationships with NGOs or volunteers and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization. ConnectFor is based in Mumbai.
