We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts with solid experience in the Logistics / Freight Forwarding / CHA / Transport industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting activities, reconciliations, GST/TDS compliance, Accounts Payable, and Forex Remittance.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
Manage Forex Remittance and related accounting transactions.
Handle bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
Prepare and monitor GST and TDS calculations and filings.
Verify invoices, payments, receipts, and accounting entries.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal teams.
Monitor outstanding payables and ensure timely payments.
Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required.
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.




Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements
10–16 years of relevant experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding / CHA / Transport Accounts.
Strong experience in Accounts Payable and Forex Remittance.
Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Experience in handling accounting software/ERP systems.
Candidates from the Freight Forwarding / CHA / Logistics industry will be preferre

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
